Extension Schools

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte Army ROTC Department currently has two extension schools.

Davidson College

• Davidson College pays 50% of Room & Board costs for all Army ROTC Scholarship recipients.
• The ROTC Dept. at Davidson College is located on the bottom floor of the Preyer Building.
• Currently freshman-, sophomore- and junior- level Army ROTC classes are taught on the Davidson College campus.
• Part-time Army ROTC Instructor is currently CPT Luis Sanchez. He can be reach at 704-894-2165 or lusanchez@davidson.edu.
• Physical Training is also conducted three days a week on the Davidson College campus.
• The senior-level Army ROTC classes and all leadership labs are conducted at the UNC-Charlotte campus.

Gardner Webb University

• Gardner Webb University pays 100% of Room & Board costs for all Army ROTC Scholarship recipients..
• The ROTC Dept. at GWU is located on the bottom floor of Dover Campus Center Building.
• Currently freshman-, sophomore- and junior-level Army ROTC classes are taught on the GWU campus.

• Physical Training is also conducted three days a week on the GWU campus.
