Physical Fitness

Physical Fitness is essential. It is everyone’s personal responsibility to be physically fit, and pass the record Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT).

Physical Training (PT) Attendance Policy – This policy is also found in your Military Science Course syllabus. PT is conducted Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week at UNC Charlotte from 0600-0700.
