SFC Ingold was born in Boston, MA. He enlisted into the National Guard in March 2000 in St. Louis, Missouri (MO). He attended Basic Combat Training (BCT) and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Upon completion of training, he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 31B, Military Police.

EDUCATION: SFC Ingold received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Winthrop University. His military education includes Senior Leader Course, Non-Career Recruiter Course, Master Fitness Trainer Course, Master Resilience Trainer Course, Instructor and Small Group Instructor course, Advanced Leader Course, Basic Non Commissioned Officers Course, Warrior Leader Course, and Combat Lifesaver Course.
